The ESCORT Project consortium successfully concluded its latest General Assembly in Rome, gathering partners from across Europe for an engaging and productive meeting focused on advancing our EU-funded initiative.

We were also honoured to welcome Professor Maria Teresa Petrangolini, Director of the Patient Advocacy Lab at ALTEMS, who delivered an insightful presentation on strengthening patient involvement in health policy and Health Technology Assessment (HTA). Her contribution highlighted the critical role patient perspectives play in shaping AI-driven healthcare solutions and decision-making frameworks.
Our partners engaged in comprehensive discussions on critical topics such as data harmonisation, public health communications, and clinical data sharing with medical device vendors. In-depth exchanges explored functional and non-functional aspects of our ongoing development efforts.
